About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Lead to oversee the design, development, and delivery of Dynamics 365 solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to guide teams and stakeholders through full project lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities
- βLead end-to-end implementation and customization of Dynamics 365.
- βTranslate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- βGuide and mentor developers and functional consultants.
- βConfigure entities, workflows, plugins, integrations, and security roles.
- βCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
- βTroubleshoot issues and optimize system performance.
Requirements
- β7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM/CE/F&O/BCβedit as needed).
- βStrong knowledge of solution architecture, Power Platform, and integrations.
- βProficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL, and Dynamics customization.
- βExcellent communication and leadership skills.
- βMicrosoft Dynamics or Power Platform certifications.
- βExperience with Azure DevOps and Agile methodology.
