About the Role

We are looking for a Service Operations Support/MES Dotnet Developer to join our team at Hitachi Digital Services. This role involves supporting service operations and developing on the MES platform using .NET technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• →Provide mentorship to software engineering teams using C#, NET Framework, Web API, and SQL Server
• →Involve proactively with various teams across the organization to solve problems faced by the teams or by our customers
• →Analyze product usage data from LIVE environments to identify strategies that can optimize operational costs and improve application maintainability
• →Identify bottlenecks in applications and devise solutions to ensure the best possible performance, quality, scalability, security, and responsiveness of the applications
• →Suggest ideas to reduce costs in IT and business leadership
• →Design, document, and implement technical solutions for various types of systems
• →Ensure the efficiency, security, and support of the organization's goals
• →Create methods for compliance architecture, such as data storage, metadata management, and change control
• →Plan, execute, and document unit tests, report status and issues
• →Experience of working with third-party engineers and packages
• →Be the escalation point for technical issues in the project
• →Effective communication and global team working skills
