About the Role
We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Team Lead to join our technical team. This role involves leading projects and teams, developing solutions on the Dynamics 365 platform, and ensuring high-quality code and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- →Understand functional design and provide a technical architecture that meets functional requirements
- →Read software requirements and produce technical specifications
- →Ensure complete unit tests for every component or task
- →Develop required functionality and features by coding on the .NET platform
- →Review code to ensure it conforms to standards
- →Help improve the quality of the existing code base
- →Ensure projects are completed according to written specifications
- →Follow best practices while coding [.NET & Microsoft Dynamics CRM]
- →Ensure code is scalable for high performance scenarios
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 8 years of experience in MS CRM or Dynamics 365
- ✓Experience in leading 1 or more projects and teams, responsible for delivery
- ✓Experience in managing client communication and delegating tasks
- ✓At least 2 years of experience developing solutions on Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- ✓Ability to lead team and project
- ✓Strong understanding of the CRM Platform (Scripting, Plugins, Workflows, Dialogs, Client Extensions, SDK)
- ✓Good understanding of D365 with working experience
- ✓Good understanding of Power Apps and PCF Controls
- ✓Good understanding of CRM Functional Modules
- ✓Knowledge in Field Service and Project Service
- ✓Strong knowledge of Azure tools like Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, CICD Pipeline
- ✓Good understanding of SSRS and CRM Reports
- ✓Strong and proven ASP.NET programming using C# (MVC, Web API); database concepts; OO analysis and design under SDLC environment
- ✓Additional skills in Copilot Studio and/or Azure AI Foundry
