About the Role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to drive growth through content-led acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and customer engagement. This role owns how Hive communicates with prospects and customers across the entire journey, from first touch to conversion, onboarding, adoption, and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

→Own lifecycle marketing programs across prospect, customer, and expansion stages
→Plan and execute email nurtures, onboarding programs, product communications, and re-engagement campaigns
→Continuously test messaging, cadence, and content to improve engagement, activation, and retention
→Create and repurpose content that supports growth and customer outcomes
→Translate product value and use cases into clear, compelling content
→Develop customer-facing content that supports onboarding, education, and adoption
→Plan and execute organic social programs to amplify content, launches, and customer stories
→Use HubSpot daily to execute campaigns, build emails, and track performance
→Analyze lifecycle and content performance
→Support Sales with sales-ready content
→Partner with Customer Success on onboarding, adoption, and customer communication programs

Requirements

✓3+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Content Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or Customer Marketing
✓Strong experience using HubSpot for campaign execution and reporting
✓Proven success with content-led growth and lifecycle programs
✓Comfortable creating content tied to real business outcomes
✓Experience supporting organic social programs
✓Collaborative, execution-oriented, and data-informed
