About the Role
We are looking for an AI Engineer to join Hiya's engineering team. This role focuses on developing and integrating AI solutions into our products, with a focus on rapid iteration and practical application.
Key Responsibilities
- →Integrate AI solutions into existing products and workflows
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- →Conduct model evaluations, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning of large language models (LLMs)
- →Implement and manage AI orchestration, including agent-based systems
- →Participate in the design and implementation of AI-powered applications and interfaces
- →Help shape the technical direction and best practices for LLM application development
- →Stay at the forefront of AI research and incorporate state-of-the-art techniques
Requirements
- ✓Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript
- ✓Experience working with foundational model APIs and pre-trained open source models
- ✓Strong understanding of machine learning workflows, including model evaluations and LLM fine-tuning
- ✓Familiarity with AI orchestration and agent-based systems and best practices (LangChain, AutoGen, n8n)
- ✓Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- ✓Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- ✓Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
- ✓Knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization technologies
- ✓Experience with data science and ML engineering
- ✓Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
