What you'll be doing? 🔸 Research and identify potential clients across industries like hospitality, wellness, retail, media, and PR. 🔸 Hunt down decision-makers and build qualified lead lists for outbound campaigns. 🔸 Execute high-volume outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone follow-ups to generate interest and book meetings. 🔸 Prepare leads by understanding their business, needs, and fit with the client’s offering before outreach. 🔸 Schedule qualified discovery calls and demos for the sales team. 🔸 Keep CRM (HubSpot) clean and updated with all outreach activities, lead statuses, and pipeline progress. 🔸 Collaborate closely with the US-based sales team via Slack to align on messaging and targeting. 🔸 Continuously improve outreach sequences, messaging, and lead qualification processes. About you 📞 You have 2–3+ years of experience in B2B sales development, lead generation, or outbound prospecting. 📞 You’ve got a proven track record of booking qualified meetings through outbound efforts. 📞 Your research skills are sharp—you can quickly understand a business and identify the right contacts. 📞 Your English is fluent and professional (C1 level), both written and spoken. 📞 You’re comfortable working independently in a remote setup with minimal supervision. 📞 You’re experienced with HubSpot (or similar CRM tools) and know how to manage pipelines and sequences. 📞 You’re organized, proactive, and can handle high outreach volumes without dropping the ball. 📞 You’re available to overlap at least 4 hours daily with EST. 📞 Bonus points if you’ve used tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter, or have experience with phone outreach.
