WHAT YOU’LL DO​
As a Commercial Space Business Analyst, you will use sales, customer, and market insights to optimize assortment decisions and guide commercial priorities across all channels. You will apply data‑driven improvements, support store layout productivity, and partner with cross‑functional teams to enable efficient and commercially strong implementation across the Sales Market. In this role, you will be responsible for the Sales Market, consisting of the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and Hungary.
You will:
• Provide commercial input to the portfolio strategy based on sales performance and demand through catchment area analysis.
• Conduct in‑depth analysis of sales trends and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and guide commercial priorities.
• Coordinate with Global Team on replenishment adjustments and stock blocking in response to sudden performance changes (e.g., rebuilds, external disruptions).
• Set the omni commercial business case, assortment mix, and ideal store capacity for new stores, rebuilds, and portfolio optimizations using the relevant toolbox.
• Ensure interior tracking is performed every season and gather input to determine ideal store space capacity for future projects.
• Execute allocation actions for all store projects (new stores, rebuilds, closures, SP10), aligned with project phase planning, and coordinate timelines with logistics and Area teams.
• Conduct on‑site visits together with the Visual Project Lead to secure strong commercial execution and optimal customer experience.
• Follow up on project performance, share learnings with Sales Market and Global teams, and support improvements for future projects.
• Use insights and forecasting to support smarter product positioning and improve offer relevance across retail, digital, and market channels.
• Collaborate with Expansion, Area teams, Store teams, VPLs, and other relevant stakeholders to support project execution.
• Provide data‑based feedback to Store Design (Global Retail) on layout capacity to help maximize sales productivity.
• Support Global functions in test development and the rollout of global initiatives.WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH​
As a Commercial Space Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with Expansion, Global Team, VPLs, Area and Store teams, Visual, Logistics, and Global Retail functions. You will act as the commercial link between insights, store layout, and execution, ensuring that commercial potential translates into efficient space planning, relevant assortment, and strong customer experience across the store portfolio.
WHO YOU ARE​

• 2+ years of experience in Commercial Merchandising or Expansion roles.
• Solid knowledge of both Expansion and Commercial Merchandising ways of working.
• Strong awareness of supply chain flow and garment movement complexity.
• Practical insight into physical store operations and daily routines.
• Good understanding of the existing store portfolio within the market.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).And people who are…

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to set up business cases and calculate ROI.
• Skilled in linking commercial analysis with store setup, layout, and space productivity.

This is a full-time role based on a local contract in Prague, Czech Republic. The Commercial Space Business Analyst reports to the Commercial Manager.
