Junior Product Developer for Nightwear, Loungewear & Beachwear at H&M Womenswear at HMGroup

We are looking for a Junior Product Developer top join our team working with Nightwear, Loungewear & Beachwear – where comfort, style and innovation come together. This is a full-time temporary role, based at our HQ in Stockholm.   WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Junior Product Developer within H&M Womenswear, you’ll support the Product Developer throughout the product development journey, from idea to final product. You’ll be part of a fast paced and collaborative environment where you contribute to a relevant and inspiring assortment, always guided by trend insights, customer needs, and our commercial goals. Working closely with cross functional partners and global production offices, you’ll help bring collections to life while building your skills within product development. Your responsibilities will include: • Supporting the Product Developer in daily work and planning • Managing communication with global production offices • Assisting with assortment planning and development timelines • Handling samples and supporting fitting sessions to ensure fit and quality • Contributing to trend and material researchWHO YOU'LL WORK WITH  You’ll work closely with our Product Managers, Product Developer, Designers, Pattern Makers, and Planners to ensure our collections are trend-right, high-quality, and commercially strong.  You’ll be part of a fast-paced, creative environment where you’ll take ownership, drive projects forward, and help create products that inspire customers around the world. You thrive in a fast paced environment and are motivated by creating relevant, customer focused products. With a structured and hands on mindset, you enjoy collaborating with others, taking initiative, and continuously developing your skills. You have a genuine interest in materials and construction and are excited to contribute to future collections. • Relevant education within fashion, textiles, buying, or product development • 2+ years of experience in product development or buying within fashion or retail • Experience working with woven materials and/or knitwear • Meriting with experience from product groups such as nightwear, loungewear or beachwear. • Strong understanding of materials, product, and trends with a clear customer focus • A structured and organised way of working, able to manage multiple tasks • A commercial and collaborative mindset with a proactive approachWHO WE ARE​ H&M Group is a global company of strong fashion brands and ventures.
