Are you passionate about fashion, materials, trends and the idea of creating an assortment that inspire? We are looking for a Junior Product Developer top join our team working with Nightwear, Loungewear & Beachwear β where comfort, style and innovation come together.
This is a full-time temporary role, based at our HQ in Stockholm.
 
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Junior Product Developer within H&M Womenswear, youβll support the Product Developer throughout the product development journey, from idea to final product. Youβll be part of a fast paced and collaborative environment where you contribute to a relevant and inspiring assortment, always guided by trend insights, customer needs, and our commercial goals. Working closely with cross functional partners and global production offices, youβll help bring collections to life while building your skills within product development.
Your responsibilities will include:
β’ Supporting the Product Developer in daily work and planning
β’ Managing communication with global production offices
β’ Assisting with assortment planning and development timelines
β’ Handling samples and supporting fitting sessions to ensure fit and quality
β’ Contributing to trend and material researchWHO YOU'LL WORK WITH 
Youβll work closely with our Product Managers, Product Developer, Designers, Pattern Makers, and Planners to ensure our collections are trend-right, high-quality, and commercially strong. 
Youβll be part of a fast-paced, creative environment where youβll take ownership, drive projects forward, and help create products that inspire customers around the world.

With a structured and hands on mindset, you enjoy collaborating with others, taking initiative, and continuously developing your skills. You have a genuine interest in materials and construction and are excited to contribute to future collections.
β’ Relevant education within fashion, textiles, buying, or product development
β’ 2+ years of experience in product development or buying within fashion or retail
β’ Experience working with woven materials and/or knitwear
β’ Meriting with experience from product groups such as nightwear, loungewear or beachwear.
β’ Strong understanding of materials, product, and trends with a clear customer focus
β’ A structured and organised way of working, able to manage multiple tasks
