About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Product Developer to join the H&M Divided team in Stockholm. This role involves building experience in product development while contributing to an inspiring global customer offer.
Key Responsibilities
- →Help shape a relevant and attractive assortment based on trend insights and customer needs
- →Support the development process from idea to final garment
- →Collaborate with Product Manager, Designers, Planners and other key functions
- →Handle multiple tasks in parallel, including sample handling and product follow-up
- →Contribute to developing garments that meet customer expectations and strengthen commercial potential
Requirements
- ✓Deep understanding of the womenswear customer and a sharp eye for fashion and trends
- ✓Experience in product development, buying in fashion or retail is meritorious
- ✓Relevant education in fashion, buying or product development
- ✓Commercial mindset with a strong drive to contribute to business growth
- ✓Structured and organized way of working, with ability to manage multiple tasks
- ✓Collaborative and communicative approach, thriving in a cross-functional environment
- ✓Curious mindset and eagerness to continuously learn and develop
- ✓Strong commercial thinking, with ability to spot opportunities for growth
