WHAT YOU’LL DO​
As a Location Support Specialist, you will provide on‑site technical support across offices, stores and warehouses, securing smooth daily operations and an excellent user experience. You will troubleshoot, coordinate with vendors and contribute to reliable, well‑functioning local tech environments. Ιn this role, you will be responsible for the Sales Market Greece consisting of Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Albania, Kosovo and North Macedonia.
You will:
• Provide on‑site support for hardware, software and device issues that cannot be resolved remotely.
• Troubleshoot and repair user equipment, including laptops, mobile phones, tablets and meeting‑room devices.
• Support colleagues with equipment setups, configurations, maintenance and daily technical needs.
• Provide hands-on technical assistance to office, store, and warehouse teams, ensuring uninterrupted daily operations.
• Collaborate with the Global Network team on office network and access‑point issues.
• Distribute and support technical equipment for stores (phones, tills, spare parts).
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow up on incidents and tasks in ServiceNow.
• Act as the local point of contact for infrastructure vendors (ISP, telephony) to secure timely checks and maintenance.
• Contribute to a reliable, stable and user‑friendly onsite IT environment by proactively identifying and resolving issues.WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH​
As a Location Support Specialist, you will work closely with local colleagues across offices, stores and warehouses, as well as with Global Network teams, infrastructure vendors and central IT support functions. Together, you ensure smooth technical operations and a supportive, service‑minded experience for all users.

• Secondary education; IT‑related studies are an advantage.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Hands-on experience with user devices, networks, and hardware setups
• Basic understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting, supported by hands‑on experience or strong interest in IT.
• Strong organizational skills and a structured, detail‑oriented approach.
• Good communication abilities and comfort in supporting colleagues at different technical levels.
