About the Role
We are looking for a Product Developer to join the H&M Women assortment team. This role involves defining and executing strategies for product categories, driving seasonal keys, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create world-class products.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and execute both short- and long-term strategies for product categories
- →Drive seasonal keys and act on emerging trends
- →Refine product and component strategy to drive growth and profitability
- →Drive initiatives forward, ensuring seamless execution and effective cross-team collaboration
- →Work alongside a team of product managers, planners, designers, and pattern makers
- →Collaborate closely with the production team
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience as a Product Developer for garments, shoes, or accessories
- ✓Education in Textiles, Buying, or Product Development
- ✓Proven track record in creating products for the womenswear customer
- ✓Keen eye for current fashion trends with strong fashion intelligence
- ✓Deep passion for products and product development
- ✓Extensive material knowledge
- ✓Driven, structured, and proactive in taking initiatives
- ✓Salesmanship and results-oriented
- ✓Excellent communication skills
- ✓Strong team player with a flexible attitude
- ✓Ability to identify opportunities, improvements, and efficient solutions
