About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager for Textile assortment Bedroom & Bathroom at H&M HOME. This role involves leading a product team with a clear vision and plan, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. The position requires expertise in product development and the ability to drive business results through category planning and commercial strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and execute a clear category strategy, balancing creativity, commerciality and operational precision
- →Identify and act on emerging interior design trends, utilizing customer, competitor and selling insights to develop the best customer offer
- →Lead the product team through the full product development cycle – from concept to execution
- →Collaborate closely with design, planning, production, merchandising, visual and marketing to secure seamless execution
- →Continuously refine assortment and component strategies based on performance, customer insights, selling data and market shifts
- →Ensure products deliver unbeatable value for money by balancing style, quality, price and sustainability
- →Optimize the product mix and global planning to meet customer demand across every region and channel
