π YOUR MISSION
We're looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to own and drive high-impact initiatives across product, operations, strategy, and go-to-market. You won't just execute β you'll spot problems before they become blockers, scope the solution, and spin up projects to solve them. You'll also take on early team leadership responsibilities, helping to manage and develop the customer-facing support team. This role is for someone who combines a consulting-caliber strategic mindset with the operational grit to build at startup speed.
π§ WHAT YOUβLL DO
- Own workstreams end-to-end: identify the problem, scope the project, drive execution, and deliver outcomes with minimal oversight.
- Spot high-leverage opportunities and spin up cross-functional projects to address them β from customer value gaps to internal process bottlenecks.
- Take on management responsibilities within the customer-facing support team, helping team members deliver at a high level.
- Build and optimize scalable processes across product, operations, and go-to-market functions.
- Work closely with leadership and executive stakeholders to align on priorities and communicate progress.
- Use data to frame problems, evaluate tradeoffs, and drive decisions across the organization.
π§© WHAT WEβRE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of experience, with a background in management consulting or strategic advisory, combined with operational experience at a high-growth company.
- Demonstrated ability to independently identify problems, scope solutions, and drive large projects to completion.
- Strong analytical skills β comfortable using data to support strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High-ownership mentality. You don't wait to be told what to do.
- Excited about in-person work, 5 days per week in San Francisco.
- Nice to have: Experience leading or managing a team β you've coached, mentored, or directly managed people in a professional setting.

We're building a high-performing, in-person culture at our San Francisco HQ, where the team collaborates shoulder-to-shoulder five days a week. The base salary range for this role is $130,000 to $180,000 USD, adjusted for experience and qualifications.
