🎯 THE ROLE Digital Media & Advertising Coordinator (Hybrid)

📍 Location: Kelowna, West Kelowna, or Vernon, BC (Home office in Fintry, BC near La Casa Resort)

🕒 Work Structure: • First 2–4 weeks in-office (hands-on training & systems) • Then hybrid / work-from-home

💰 Pay: $23.50/hour 📈 Benefits after 3 months 📱 Company phone + 💻 laptop provided

🧠 WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR You don’t need to know everything — but you must be sharp, motivated, and dependable.

Great fit if you have: • Strong computer skills • Excellent written & verbal communication • An eye for creativity & detail • Experience or interest in: – Social media content & platforms – Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads – Google Ads (big bonus)

🎥 Videographers, photographers, content creators, or media/marketing students — this role was built for you.
