About the Role
We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer to join our team for the My Muse product. This role focuses on ensuring high quality for our AI-generated serials platform.
Key Responsibilities
- βTest the My Muse mobile application on iOS and Android platforms
- βTest the new My Muse web platform
- βWrite, maintain and update test documentation including guides, test cases, and checklists
- βConduct exploratory testing to identify bugs and potential product improvements
- βIdentify defects and create detailed bug reports to drive improvements
- βParticipate in improving QA processes and suggest optimizations for more efficient testing
- βParticipate in release planning, support releases, and test updates before going to production
- βWork closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure high product quality
Requirements
- βPractical skills in mobile application testing (iOS/Android) for at least 6 months
- βPractical skills in web application testing for at least 6 months
- βExperience working with test documentation: test cases, checklists, and bug reports
- βUnderstanding of mobile/web purchases and monetization principles
- βExperience working in Agile teams: participation in sprints, release planning, and retrospectives
- βEnglish language proficiency at Intermediate level
- βAbility to effectively use AI in your goals/tasks
