About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our innovative technology company, HOLYWATER TECH. This role focuses on driving operational excellence in a fast-growing product-driven organization that creates entertainment products at the intersection of human creativity and artificial intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- βLead company-wide OKR/KPI: planning, tracking, regular syncs, alerts
- βLaunch and drive results for ERP for finance (with finance team)
- βBuild dashboards and reporting for key metrics for leadership and investors
- βOptimize cross-functional processes: eliminate manual work, increase speed and quality of execution
- βSupport Legal/Compliance in operational aspects: basic processes, automation, risks
- βOptimize operational costs
Requirements
- β2+ years of experience in operations or project management in product IT companies
- βAbility to build processes from scratch, systematize chaos, and drive to results
- βExperience with OKR/KPI: goal setting, tracking, reporting
- βUnderstanding of financial operations and ability to speak in numbers about the value of your work
- βStructured and analytical thinking, focus on measurable results
- βComfortable in uncertain conditions, doesn't get lost without clear instructions
- βAbility to effectively communicate and work with stakeholders from different departments
- βExperience with ERP systems, automation (N8N, Make, AI) or legal/compliance is a plus
