About the Role
We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our team at HOLYWATER, a technology company creating entertainment products at the intersection of human creativity and artificial intelligence. You will be responsible for product analytics, A/B testing, and reporting to help drive product improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- βTake ownership of product analytics for a specific product
- βProactively search for insights in data and form proposals for product improvements
- βManage the full cycle of A/B tests, from hypothesis formation to final recommendations
- βBuild, develop, and maintain product dashboards in Tableau
- βAnalyze releases to evaluate the impact of new features on key metrics
- βDesign and maintain event tracking for the web version of the product
Requirements
- β1+ year of experience in a similar position
- βProficient in SQL (JOIN, aggregations, window functions)
- βExperience building and maintaining dashboards in Tableau
- βDeep understanding of product metrics, behavioral analytics, and experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, or GA4
- βPractical experience conducting end-to-end A/B tests
- βBasic understanding of statistics and proper interpretation of results
- βAnalytical thinking, ability to clearly explain results to non-analytical audiences, independence, and proactivity
