About the Role
We are looking for a Film Editor to join our team at HOLYWATER TECH, a technology company creating entertainment products at the intersection of human creativity and artificial intelligence. This role involves working with video content for our streaming platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- βComplete video production cycle: from initial assembly to final exported file
- βWork with scene rhythm, tempo, transitions, and techniques to maintain viewer attention
- βStructure materials, work with proxy files, and optimize projects for team collaboration
Requirements
- β3+ years of experience as a video editor in film or serial production
- βHigh-level proficiency with editing software (DaVinci Resolve)
- βAbility to select the best frames, angles, and emotions for editing
- βSkill in creating logical transitions while maintaining scene tempo and emotional tension
- βBasic knowledge of composition and cinematography
