About the Role

We are looking for an Account Manager to manage, retain, and grow relationships within our Mid-Market customer segment. This role will be the primary commercial owner for a portfolio of accounts, focusing on ensuring long-term customer value and successful retention.

Key Responsibilities

→Maintain day-to-day contact with Mid Market customers to enhance performance across social media
→Manage post-sale relationships and implement negotiation strategies to drive successful renewal and expansion
→Provide weekly forecasts and maintain rolling forecasts in SFDC
→Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey
→Conduct Strategic Business Reviews (SBR) to discuss accomplishments and opportunities
→Monitor and report on customer engagement activities and results
→Build an expansion pipeline focusing on upsell of product add-ons
→Demonstrate understanding of contract terms to influence the renewal process
→Report clients' feedback to manager and internal stakeholders
→Log feature requests and update customer account notes in Salesforce
→Collaborate with Professional Services where applicable

Requirements

✓Relevant experience in sales or customer success, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS industry
✓Proven success managing a customer portfolio with data-driven insights
✓Proven record of quota attainment and experience developing business plans
✓Experience using sales tools such as SFDC, Gong, Sales Navigator, 6Sense, and Gainsight
✓Belief in ValueSelling with a strong understanding of customer value
