About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help expand Hootsuite’s and Talkwalker’s customer base. This role involves outbound prospecting strategies to identify and target prospects, initiate outreach, and book meetings for the enterprise sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work closely with Enterprise Account Executives to develop and implement prospecting strategies
- →Maintain strong relationships with the marketing team to leverage campaigns for outbound outreach
- →Use technology like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and 6Sense to build pipeline
- →Connect with Enterprise prospects and qualify opportunities through calls, emails, and social media
- →Partner with account executives to gain access to key stakeholders using cold outreach techniques
- →Identify the needs and challenges of prospective customers
- →Determine the prospect's interest in Hootsuite/Talkwalker’s products and services
- →Schedule meetings for sales representatives with key contacts in prospective accounts
- →Achieve and exceed pipeline contribution and activity goals
Requirements
- ✓Practical experience in customer service, inbound sales, or sales development
