About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Writer to join our team, responsible for creating and maintaining content in our internal Customer Support knowledge base and external Help Center. This role involves working closely with Customer Support and Product teams to ensure users have easy access to the information they need.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and deliver Knowledge Base publishing training to Customer Support teams
- →Leverage usage data to improve content relevance and usability
- →Support the development of modern and on-brand writing standards
- →Create new content based on requests and proactive collaboration
- →Work closely with Customer Support Training Specialists and Technical Writers
- →Collaborate with Product teams to build content for product releases
- →Coordinate with Customer Support leadership to remove barriers to content usage
Requirements
- ✓Bachelors’ degree plus 2-5 years experience in customer service, documentation, or knowledge management
- ✓Experience in an operational support or SaaS environment preferred
- ✓Proven experience with Confluence, Madcap Flare, or other content authoring software
- ✓Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
