About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Product Operations to join Hostinger and help optimize processes for efficiency. This role will work with Product Managers to enable them to focus on strategic decision-making by eliminating irrelevant procedures and ensuring seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities
- βIdentifying and owning problems in Product Managers' processes
- βProject management and communication with other departments
- βFacilitating sessions for top leaders
- βLeading a small Product Operations team
- βSupporting metrics and data for the Product department
Requirements
- βExperience in Product Management, Product Operations, or Executive Business Administration
- βFamiliarity with OKR planning and roadmap building
- βProactive approach in identifying areas for process improvement
- βUnderstanding of business/product metrics
- βStrong planning skills and a high sense of responsibility
- βExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian
- βAbility to work collaboratively with senior team leads and various departments
