About the Role
We are looking for an AI-Powered Chatbot Developer to join Hostinger's Chatbots Team. You'll work on expanding Kodee, our AI assistant that serves millions of clients globally, and drive its integration into customer support workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- βDeliver new features for Kodee, Customer Success platform, and related tools
- βOwn service architecture decisions, delivering reliable, scalable code
- βIntegrate Kodee with systems across Product, Customer Success, and more
- βCollaborate with the Chatbots Team and other teams to deliver seamless Kodee experience
- βShare knowledge and elevate coding standards across the team
Requirements
- βStrong experience with Python and common frameworks (FastAPI, Django, Flask, etc.)
- βProven ability to design and consume high-throughput REST APIs
- βAbility to leverage AI Software Development tools (Cursor, Claude Code)
- βClear communication and a customer-first mindset
- βFamiliarity with scalable, containerized services (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
- βHigh curiosity to stay updated with the AI field
