About the Role
We are seeking a Social Marketer to shape our brand's online presence and drive growth through authentic engagement. This role focuses on building brand visibility across social media, search, and online communities while fostering meaningful interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and grow brand presence across social media, search, and online communities
- →Nurture online communities on platforms like Reddit, Quora, Discord, and Stack Exchange
- →Drive social media engagement and brand interactions across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Facebook
- →Create and share content for organic growth, including posts, discussion threads, and AMAs
- →Manage reputation and brand sentiment by tracking mentions and addressing risks
- →Spot trends and creative growth opportunities to increase visibility and referral traffic
- →Collaborate with content, SEO, and marketing colleagues to align strategies
- →Analyze performance metrics to refine tactics and optimize impact
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in web reputation management, social media management, or organic digital marketing
- ✓Deep understanding of forum rules, dynamics, moderation, and best practices
- ✓Knowledge of digital marketing metrics and how to measure impact and growth
- ✓Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and tools like Ahrefs and SimilarWeb
- ✓Excellent research skills to investigate trends, tools, and growth opportunities
- ✓Ability to craft creative, engaging, natural-sounding posts for online communities
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with attention to detail
- ✓Goal-oriented and data-driven growth mindset with a focus on experimentation
- ✓Self-starter mentality comfortable working independently while aligning with marketing initiatives
- ✓Interest in technology, consumer behavior, and trends shaping digital engagement
