HSBC is hiring in India for Analyst and Software roles where you work on real‑world data, risk, and platform problems for a global bank, not just internal tools.
What kind of roles are open?
Data / Business Analysts – building insights, automating data pipelines, and turning raw data into decisions for risk, finance, and customer teams.
Java / Spring Boot Developers – designing and shipping microservices using Java 17, Spring Boot, CI/CD, and modern cloud‑native patterns.
Tech Analysts / Consultants – stakeholder management, incident/crisis handling, vendor coordination, and keeping complex systems stable for global users.
Most of these roles look for 3–8 years of experience, strong communication, and comfort working in hybrid/global teams.
If you want your tech work to sit closer to money flows, risk, and regulation, BFSI tech is a very different learning curve than pure IT services.
