About the Role
We are looking for a Director of Product Management to lead a critical pillar across the sales funnel at HubSpot. This role involves shaping the future of modern selling in an AI-first world, building and evolving a high-performing team, and driving product, go-to-market, and monetization strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and drive product strategy across a major Sales Hub pillar and emerging AI initiatives
- →Reimagine the future of sales in an AI-native world
- →Lead and develop a team of Product Managers
- →Own a significant portion of a $1B+ business
- →Partner with Engineering, UX, Data Science, and AI teams
- →Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, and Finance
- →Establish clear metrics and leading indicators of success
- →Support org design evolution as the business scales
- →Represent your product area in executive forums
Requirements
- ✓Deep Product Management experience building and scaling B2B SaaS products
- ✓Experience in sales technology, revenue intelligence, CRM, or adjacent domains
- ✓Proven experience leading Product Managers
- ✓Proven track record owning or influencing products at significant scale
- ✓Strong AI fluency
- ✓Executive presence and comfort operating in GM-level conversations
- ✓Player-coach mindset
