About the Role
HubSpot is seeking a French Customer Success Manager to help businesses achieve their inbound goals using HubSpot software. This role involves building long-term relationships with clients and providing strategic advice.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage 100-200 customer relationships, working with them to align their goals with HubSpot resources
- →Partner with different HubSpot teams to solve customer needs and ensure platform adoption
- →Conduct 4-5 deep-dive meetings daily with customers to review progress and provide recommendations
- →Promote customer growth by identifying opportunities for additional HubSpot products and services
- →Address technical roadblocks and recommend solutions using HubSpot integrations
Requirements
- ✓Fluency in written and spoken English and French
- ✓1+ years of experience in client-facing or account management roles
- ✓Business savvy with consultative problem-solving skills
- ✓Strong knowledge of the media/digital landscape
- ✓Motivated self-starter with a track record of achieving results
- ✓Highly organized, quick learner who performs well under pressure
- ✓Strong negotiation skills and relationship-building abilities
- ✓Knowledge of Inbound Marketing or aptitude to learn it quickly
- ✓Support ongoing partner relationships to maximize acquisition, retention, and up-sell rates
