About the Role

We are looking for an experienced People Partner to join our dynamic People Team at HubSpot. In this role, you will serve as a trusted adviser to employees and leaders across multiple functions, advising on performance management, talent readiness, engagement surveys, organizational health, and workforce metrics.

Key Responsibilities

→Provide business partnership and coaching to people leaders to positively impact talent motivation, development, and retention
→Partner with people leaders throughout the talent lifecycle process including performance reviews, talent calibrations, promotions, compensation reviews, and succession planning
→Provide Employee Relations support and guidance to leaders throughout the performance management process
→Work with People Business Partners on org design and change management planning and execution
→Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies through process creation and standardization
→Translate People strategy outputs into scalable operational actions
→Act as the voice of the business and employees through creating feedback loops for people initiatives
→Collaborate across peer groups including Employment Legal, People Operations, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and Finance
→Build relationships with business leaders providing expert advice aligned with local employment practices
→Leverage data and trends to influence strategy around manager training and underperformance processes
→Manage special projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

✓6+ years of experience in a fast-paced talent organization, ideally in a high-growth global tech company
✓Strong knowledge of employment law with the ability to apply it as a trusted HR adviser
✓Experience supporting cross-functional global teams
✓Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage change in a dynamic environment
✓Excellent business partnership skills
✓Experience with Employee Relations support
✓Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✓Ability to build trust and influence various work styles
✓Results-driven with strong accountability
