About the Role
We are looking for an AWS Co-Sell Alliance Manager to join HubSpot’s strategic partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS). This key role will establish and nurture a strong co-sell motion within our GTM organization, collaborating with sales teams, product marketing, and partner operations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and execute a comprehensive co-sell strategy with AWS
- →Build and maintain relationships across AWS teams
- →Identify and manage joint business opportunities
- →Partner with HubSpot sales and AWS account teams
- →Create joint go-to-market plans with AWS
- →Lead participation in AWS partner programs
- →Represent HubSpot as a thought leader within the AWS ecosystem
- →Deliver co-sell enablement content and training
- →Track and report on co-sell pipeline and metrics
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of experience in business development, strategic alliances, or channel sales within a SaaS organization
- ✓3+ years of direct experience co-selling with AWS in a SaaS environment
- ✓Deep understanding of AWS go-to-market structure and partner ecosystems
- ✓Proven ability to build and manage complex relationships
- ✓Strong communication and executive presentation skills
- ✓Demonstrated success in developing partnership strategies
- ✓Strategic, analytical, and highly organized
- ✓Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
