About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager for Voice Intelligence to join HubSpot’s Omnichannel Product Group. You will shape HubSpot’s real-time, AI-powered voice platform, enabling intelligent agents, actionable insights, and trusted automation across Service Hub, Sales Hub, and future AI-first experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create a shared vision and cohesive roadmap for HubSpot’s Voice Intelligence platform
- →Drive alignment and set goals for cross-functional partners
- →Lead the development of AI-powered voice agents that execute real business actions
- →Own the real-time intelligence layer that extracts and surfaces contextual call data
- →Establish standards for voice reliability, compliance, and transparency
- →Define and evolve APIs and reusable frameworks for voice-powered experiences
- →Engage directly with customers to understand their journeys and workflows
- →Guide new product ideas from concept through launch and adoption
Requirements
- ✓Experience launching products successfully to customers with demonstrated impact
- ✓Multidisciplinary approach blending market, business, and technical thinking
- ✓Hands-on product experience with voice or communications systems
- ✓Experience partnering with design and engineering teams
- ✓Ability to work with event-driven systems, real-time pipelines, and API design
- ✓Strong platform thinking, structured data, and reusable frameworks
- ✓Respect for expertise across engineering, design, and other disciplines
- ✓Excellent communication and influencing skills
- ✓Strong drive to understand customer needs and solve real problems
- ✓Comfort making decisions and iterating without perfect information
- ✓Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, innovative environment
- ✓Understanding of the competitive software landscape
