About the Role
We are looking for a Recruiter to join HubSpot's Talent Acquisition team, focusing on Sales roles across EMEA. This role involves managing talent pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and leveraging data and AI tools to attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead full-cycle recruiting for Sales roles across EMEA.
- →Engage, nurture, and qualify a diverse pool of candidates using creative sourcing and AI-driven tools.
- →Partner strategically with hiring managers and stakeholders to build trusted relationships.
- →Champion the candidate experience by setting expectations and ensuring support.
- →Drive evaluation and selection processes, coaching interviewers and assessing candidates against HubSpot’s high bar.
- →Experiment with new talent acquisition strategies and tools to increase efficiency.
- →Leverage data and metrics to analyze funnel performance and guide improvements.
- →Collaborate across cultures and markets to ensure effectiveness and equity.
- →Represent HubSpot externally through employer branding initiatives.
- →Embed DEI best practices at every stage.
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of in-house recruiting experience, ideally with Sales roles.
- ✓Ability to manage priorities with ambiguity and deliver in line with business goals.
- ✓Comfort working with data, dashboards, and KPIs to influence decisions.
- ✓Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- ✓Curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset.
- ✓Comfort with AI-powered recruiting tools and openness to new technologies.
- ✓Alignment with HubSpot’s values and HEART principles.
