About the Role
The Marketing Analytics team at HubSpot is seeking a Data Analyst to provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations to partners across Paid Marketing and Web/AEO strategy. This role involves translating complex data into clear business implications, developing robust reporting, and enhancing the performance of paid acquisition efforts and web experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyze paid marketing campaign performance and web behavior data across various channels and surfaces to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
- →Develop and maintain key reporting dashboards and analyses in data visualization tools like Looker.
- →Conduct in-depth quantitative research and build forecasting models to support strategic planning and budget allocation.
- →Collaborate with Marketing stakeholders and Analytics Engineers to define data requirements and ensure accurate reporting.
- →Communicate findings and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
- →Become an expert on paid marketing, web performance, and AEO-related data.
- →Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting processes, and analytical capabilities.
- →Coordinate with stakeholders across Product, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure data accessibility and well-defined metrics.
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in a data analyst role with a focus on Marketing Analytics.
- ✓Demonstrated experience using data to influence business decisions in a marketing context.
- ✓Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- ✓Strong hands-on experience with Business Intelligence and data visualization tools.
- ✓Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- ✓Strong communication and presentation skills.
- ✓Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
