In this role, you’ll support core People processes, manage employee inquiries, and help ensure operational excellence across onboarding, benefits, transactions, and compliance. What You’ll Do • Manage Tier 1 cases in our case management system (ServiceNow), resolving employee requests and triaging issues to the appropriate teams to ensure timely and accurate support. • Own shared inbox workflows while consistently meeting SLA and quality standards and maintaining a high bar for employee experience. • Process Workday transactions with precision, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and compliance across employee records. • Identify opportunities to automate and improve People Operations processes and reporting workflows. • Maintain and audit employee records to ensure regulatory compliance and strong data integrity. • Partner cross-functionally with teams such as Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits to support seamless People initiatives. • Support onboarding and employee lifecycle processes to ensure a smooth and engaging experience from hire through transition. What You’ll Bring Required Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in People Operations, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Experience working with HRIS systems such as Workday. • Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset. • Experience collaborating with cross-functional People teams such as Compensation, Payroll, or Benefits. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, global environment. • Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information. • Ability to work 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST. • Must be based in Bangalore, India. Nice-to-Have Qualifications • Experience working in a global or distributed team environment. • Exposure to process automation or workflow optimization initiatives. • Familiarity with SLA-driven service models or case management tools. • Experience supporting onboarding or employee lifecycle programs.
