About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer to join our team at HubSpot. This role focuses on shaping the buyer portal platform, one of the most visible and critical surfaces customers use to engage with prospects, customers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with Product Management and Engineering to define and evolve the vision for HubSpot’s buyer portal platform.
- →Design scalable portal patterns and systems that support the full customer lifecycle.
- →Bring systems thinking to interaction and visual design to ensure patterns scale across teams and use cases.
- →Collaborate cross-functionally across HubSpot to align on shared platform decisions.
- →Prototype, test, and iterate on concepts using research, usability testing, and rapid exploration.
- →Measure qualitative and quantitative outcomes to continuously refine designs.
- →Advocate for a cohesive, high-quality customer experience.
Requirements
- ✓Strong product design craft demonstrated through a portfolio.
- ✓Experience designing complex, scalable, or platform-level product experiences.
- ✓End-to-end product thinking with the ability to connect workflows and cross-surface experiences.
- ✓Proven collaboration skills working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and UX Research partners.
- ✓Customer-centered mindset, using research, feedback, and data to guide design decisions.
- ✓Growth mindset with openness to feedback and a commitment to continuous improvement.
