About the Role
HubSpot Academy is seeking a Product Manager to help evolve the platform into an AI-powered educational assistant. This role will focus on creating personalized learning experiences through ML recommendations, predictive search, gamification, and conversational UI.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and deliver intelligent matching systems using ML, predictive search, and conversational AI
- →Explore problem spaces across AI-driven recommendations, gamification, and conversational UI
- →Guide new product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration
- →Engage with users to understand workflows and pain points
- →Use data and research to test assumptions and improve user experience
- →Partner cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, and Analytics teams
- →Contribute to a high-performing team culture
Requirements
- ✓Experience building AI assistants or agents
- ✓Experience prototyping product concepts using AI tools
- ✓Demonstrated experience launching customer-facing products
- ✓Strong customer empathy and problem-solving skills
- ✓Multidisciplinary thinking combining market, business, and technical insights
- ✓Ability to articulate product vision clearly
- ✓Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Analytics
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Ability to make decisions in fast-paced environments
- ✓Experience managing stakeholders
- ✓Understanding of competitive software and online learning landscape
- ✓Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
