About the Role
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join the CS on Service Hub – Flywheel Group at HubSpot. This role focuses on building the core experience that enables Customer Success and Customer Service reps to operate efficiently within the HubSpot platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →End-to-end ownership of new features, often initiated by engineers themselves
- →Collaborating closely with CS reps to understand needs and iterate rapidly
- →Building backend systems (Java required), while contributing across the stack when needed (React experience preferred)
- →Partnering with data scientists to surface insights and build intelligence into workflows
- →Embracing a “ship to learn” mindset — using experimentation and feedback to guide development
- →Operating in a high-trust, high-autonomy environment where engineers are expected to take initiative
