About the Role
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join HubSpot's Flywheel Group. This role focuses on building the next generation of rep experiences for Customer Success and Customer Service teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →End-to-end ownership of new features
- →Collaborate closely with CS reps to understand needs and iterate rapidly
- →Build backend systems using Java, while contributing across the stack when needed
- →Partner with data scientists to surface insights and build intelligence into workflows
