About the Role
The AI Context Group within the Data Platform Product Line is building the foundation that powers intelligent experiences across HubSpot. We are launching a new, high-priority effort around Foundational Customer Context and are looking for a Frontend Technical Lead to help build and lead it.
Key Responsibilities
- →Write and ship production code with meaningful customer and business impact
- →Lead frontend architecture and technical direction for a new, high-impact product surface
- →Partner closely with Product Managers and Designers to define compelling goals
- →Drive projects end-to-end from problem framing through execution and iteration
- →Make pragmatic technical decisions that prioritize long-term maintainability
- →Foster a culture of autonomy, psychological safety, and engineering excellence
- →Mentor and grow engineers on the team
Requirements
- ✓Strong senior frontend engineering skills with modern web frameworks like React
