About the Role
Human Interest is seeking a Partner Account Manager to engage and develop key accounts and growth opportunities. This role is crucial for expanding partnerships with small and medium-sized businesses across the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and build referral relationships with tech partners, human capital management partners, benefit brokers, CPA's, and financial advisors
- →Create strategic referral networks focused on lead generation and new partnership opportunities
- →Identify and resolve emerging issues by working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance
- →Innovate and execute unique initiatives to promote partner sales
- →Establish business goals and performance metrics with partners
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience building relationships with tech and HCM partners, benefit brokers, CPA's, and financial advisors
- ✓Proven track record of success in a quota-driven sales environment
- ✓Highly motivated individual contributor and relationship builder
- ✓Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Solutions-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Familiarity with Salesforce
- ✓Growth mindset and coachable
- ✓Ability to travel 3 days/week
