🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior DevOps & Database Reliability Engineer

At Hyly.AI, we’re looking for a Senior DevOps & Database Reliability Engineer to help us build, secure, and scale highly reliable cloud infrastructure and databases. This role blends DevOps expertise with advanced database administration and security controls, with a strong focus on disaster recovery, data protection, and ISO 27001:2022 compliance.

🌍 Location: India / Pakistan (100% Remote) ⏰ Work Timings: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST

✅ Must-Have Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in DevOps and Database Administration • Hands-on experience managing MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Redis at scale • Proven expertise in backup, restore, and DR design & implementation • Strong understanding of ISO 27001:2022 data protection controls (encryption, masking, DLP, retention) • Experience with database encryption and access policies • Solid knowledge of AWS / GCP, including storage and backup solutions • Familiarity with security scanning, compliance validation, and cloud monitoring tools

📜 Preferred certifications: AWS Certified Database Specialty, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, CISSP

🌟 Nice to Have • Experience in regulated environments (ISO 27001, SOC 2) • Hands-on experience with DR drills and backup automation frameworks • Knowledge of data masking, anonymization, and DLP tools (Imperva, Varonis, AWS Macie) • Familiarity with SIEM tools such as Wazuh, Splunk • Experience with Zero Trust Architecture and database access governance
