About the Role

We are looking for an International Account Executive to join our growing team at Hyperexponential (HX). This role focuses on managing customer relationships, driving renewals, and identifying expansion opportunities within the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

→Own the renewal process across a portfolio of hx customers
→Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
→Partner closely with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers
→Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders within customer organizations
→Manage the commercial lifecycle of accounts including forecasting and negotiations
→Build a deep understanding of customer priorities and industry trends

Requirements

✓Managed or expanded existing customer accounts in a B2B SaaS environment
✓Demonstrated success driving renewals or commercial growth
✓Experience working with multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams
✓Applied structured sales approaches to manage complex commercial conversations
✓Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce
✓Collaboration with cross-functional teams
