About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team at Hyperexponential. This role focuses on driving customer success and accelerating time-to-value in our AI-powered platform for the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities
- →Run high-impact customer projects, taking ownership of 1–2 client deliveries within 3 months
- →Drive time-to-value, helping customers go live with hx Renew within 3 months of signing
- →Use AI at the core of delivery, from workshop summaries to generating project timeline scenarios
- →Be the bridge between customers and internal teams, translating needs into clear actions
- →Drive continuous improvement by designing and rolling out at least 2 PM process improvements
Requirements
- ✓Demonstrated project management fundamentals through university, internships, or early career roles
- ✓Experience working directly with stakeholders and adapting communication to different audiences
- ✓Background in SaaS, technology, financial services, or consulting
- ✓Familiarity with AI tools to improve work processes
- ✓Initiative in improving processes, tools, or workflows
- ✓Growth mindset with a balance of independence and seeking help when needed
