About the Role
We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Specialist to join our global marketing team. This role focuses on crafting compelling narratives that resonate with the cryptocurrency community and ensuring brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the planning, drafting, and distribution of high-quality brand content to ensure a cohesive and engaging brand image.
- →Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies across official websites, social media, community groups, and PR channels to drive brand exposure and user retention.
- →Monitor industry trends and market "hot topics" to produce timely brand stories, industry analyses, and deep-dive technical articles.
- →Oversee content planning and community interaction for global platforms including X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Telegram, and Discord.
- →Partner with Design, Marketing, PR, and Product teams to drive multimedia output, including short-form videos, infographics, and long-form articles.
- →Analyze content performance metrics and user feedback to iterate on strategies and improve engagement ROI.
- →Support major brand initiatives, including AMAs, strategic partnerships, and PR campaigns.
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree or higher in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- ✓3+ years of experience in brand content or content marketing, ideally within the Cryptocurrency or Fintech sectors.
- ✓A deep understanding of the blockchain ecosystem and a keen sensitivity to market dynamics.
- ✓Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible, high-impact content.
- ✓Proven track record of managing social media communities and implementing growth/interaction strategies.
- ✓Native or professional fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) is required to manage bilingual content production.
- ✓Strong cross-departmental communication skills, a high degree of responsibility, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
