About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Smart Contract Engineer to join a leading Web3 and Decentralized Finance (DeFi) company. This role involves architecting and implementing core on-chain protocols for a Decentralized Exchange (DEX) and ensuring secure, efficient transaction processing.
Key Responsibilities
- →Architect and implement core on-chain protocols for a DEX, including capital vaults, clearinghouses, and settlement engines
- →Develop the underlying logic for clearing and settlement processes, ensuring high-fidelity integration with off-chain matching engines
- →Design and maintain robust Oracle contract frameworks to support real-time price feeds and data validation
- →Lead smart contract security hardening initiatives and collaborate with external auditors
- →Partner with backend and QA teams to bridge the gap between off-chain trade commands and on-chain fund movements
Requirements
- ✓Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cryptography, or related technical field
- ✓3+ years of professional Solidity development with deep expertise in EVM mechanics and Gas optimization
- ✓2+ years of specialized experience in DEX clearing and settlement workflows
- ✓Proficiency in Rust or Move programming for multi-chain development
- ✓Strong understanding of high-performance blockchain architectures like Solana or Sui
