About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Field Sales team in Germany. This role focuses on expanding our Virtual Data Room (VDR) business in the Munich area by acquiring new customers and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

→Build relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers in Munich or Frankfurt
→Deliver sales targets by focusing on new customer acquisition
→Proactively build and manage a pipeline, working with strategic accounts in Germany
→Actively contribute to the execution of the sales and marketing strategy
→Deliver compelling product presentations to clients
→Structure, negotiate, and close deals
→Provide relevant customer feedback to product development and management teams
→Collaborate with Customer Success and Inside Sales to grow customer satisfaction

Requirements

✓3+ years experience in a full 360 closing role within B2B or professional services
✓Experience in high-velocity sales environments and ability to engage with C-level decision-makers
✓Track record of successfully managing pipelines and closing deals
✓Exceptional business communication skills to structure persuasive pitches
✓Native-level proficiency in German with advanced English (C1+ level)
