About the Role
We are looking for a Middle Golang Software Engineer to join our flagship product – BOSS Revolution. This role involves working with a team of outstanding professionals on a fast-growing International Calling business with millions of real users.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, develop, and maintain back-end systems and services
- →Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions
- →Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- →Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- →Ensure the security and integrity of applications
- →Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise
- →Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth
- →Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of production experience in Go or another BE language
- ✓Understanding of modern design patterns and proven experience applying them, especially SOLID, DRY and KISS
- ✓Experience in designing and maintaining complex systems
- ✓Experience in DDD and EDA
- ✓Experience with microservices
- ✓Experience in building REST, gRPC and/or GraphQL communication interfaces
- ✓Strong problem-solving skills
- ✓Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Couchbase)
- ✓Experience with Kafka
- ✓Knowledge and experience with Docker, Git
- ✓Good communication skills and a team player
- ✓A good level of English – B2 or higher
