About the Role
We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead our design strategy and execution for mobile messaging applications. This role involves owning the end-to-end design experience across our mobile app platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own end-to-end design for new features and product improvements.
- →Translate product requirements into flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
- →Build, document, and scale a consistent design system in Figma.
- →Create reusable components and enforce design standards across teams.
- →Run lightweight user research and usability testing.
- →Collaborate daily with product managers and engineers to ship production-ready designs.
- →Review implemented work to ensure design quality in release.
Requirements
- ✓Excellent spoken and written English (C1).
- ✓5+ years in UI/UX or product design.
- ✓Strong experience building and maintaining design systems.
- ✓Deep expertise in Figma (components, auto layout, variants, libraries).
- ✓Experience working with product and engineering in an agile environment.
- ✓Ability to simplify complex workflows.
- ✓Portfolio showing shipped products, not just concepts.
