Key Responsibilities
- →Own platform initiatives end-to-end, from evaluation to post-launch feedback
- →Manage enhancement backlogs as products, ensuring clean and prioritized work
- →Partner with developers and admins to translate business requirements into technical work
- →Drive cross-functional coordination across all departments
- →Ensure adoption, training, and continuous improvement of new functionality
Requirements
- ✓4+ years in Revenue Operations, Business Analysis, Product Operations, Product Management, or Project Management
- ✓Experience working with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
- ✓Strong ability to write structured requirements and user stories
- ✓Proven track record of driving initiatives across multiple stakeholders
- ✓Strong executive communication skills
