About the Role
We are looking for a motivated sales executive to help grow the business across the ANZ market unit. This role focuses on net new sales into strategic target accounts, building pipeline, and closing new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute strong sales strategies and continuously improve skills
- →Prepare, update, and execute the Go-To-Market Strategy for nominated industries
- →Create and maintain Territory Plans for agreed verticals
- →Develop Account Plans including deal action cards, mutual evaluation plans, and power maps
- →Own the end-to-end sales process from demand generation to closing deals
- →Work with partners to create joint sales plays that accelerate deal cycles
- →Achieve 100% responsibility for annual sales targets
- →Build and maintain pipeline with 4x coverage
- →Liaise with Sales leadership and Global teams
- →Manage CRM and Account hygiene with accurate forecasting
Requirements
- ✓Entrepreneurial nature with strong sales execution skills
- ✓Experience in enterprise software sales
- ✓Ability to use a consultative approach to value-based selling
- ✓Industry knowledge and deal qualification expertise
- ✓Strong collaboration and communication abilities
- ✓Experience with RFI/RFP processes
- ✓CRM management experience
- ✓Ability to work within a matrix organization
