About the Role
We are seeking an Account Executive to drive sales growth in a high-growth market unit. This role requires strong sales execution skills and the ability to build pipeline and close opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute strong sales strategies and continuously improve sales skills
- →Prepare, update, and execute the Go-To-Market Strategy for nominated industries
- →Develop and maintain Territory Plans for agreed verticals
- →Create Account Plans including deal action cards, mutual evaluation plans, and power maps for named accounts
- →Manage the end-to-end sales process from demand generation to winning business
- →Collaborate with partners to create joint sales plays that accelerate deal cycles
- →Achieve annual sales targets and deliver according to quarterly budgets
- →Build and maintain pipeline with 4x coverage
- →Liaise with Sales leadership and Global teams to build internal networks
- →Manage CRM and Account hygiene, sales cadence, administration, and reporting
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in enterprise software sales
- ✓Strong sales execution and pipeline building skills
- ✓Ability to develop and execute Go-To-Market strategies
- ✓Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting
- ✓Understanding of RFP/RFI processes
- ✓Ability to work in a matrix organization and collaborate with partners
- ✓Strong communication and negotiation skills
